AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and specifications behind it.

You will translate complex requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated and AI-assisted development, ensuring reusability across clients. Lead backlog, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive the product vision across enterprise clients with a flexible mix of remote and office work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects for web-based software, APIs, batch integrations, and real-time event systems.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise specifications understood by business and tech teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the loyalty platform.
• Translate complex requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated/AI-assisted development.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, and strategy.
• Address challenges during product development and collaborate to keep milestones on track.
• Provide mechanisms to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision for product development and gain buy-in from business and technical audiences.
• Own and evolve the business logic across the platform domains.
