AgileEngine in Monterrey is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and specifications behind it. You will translate complex requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows, ensuring reuse across clients.

You will manage the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate vision to stakeholders at multiple levels.

Formación

• 4+ years in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects for web software, API integrations, batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex business logic into precise written specifications with a strong technical foundation.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the loyalty platform, owning business logic and platform rules.
• Translate complex requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and objectives.
• Identify challenges in development lifecycle and collaborate to keep delivery on track.
• Provide mechanisms to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision and gain buy-in from business and technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Own and evolve the business logic governing your domains, influencing technical and business decisions.
