Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, or related functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong business and financial acumen linking operational and commercial metrics.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across functions and locations.
• Experience with value engineering, cost reduction, sourcing, and supply chain initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality systems, warranty analysis, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and execution.
• Experience supporting PLM activities, stage-gate development processes, product launches, and sustaining portfolios.
• Experience supporting hardware, security, building products, or durable goods product lines preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Lifecycle Management across launches, extensions, sustaining engineering, and discontinuations.
• Bridge Product Management and Operations using VoC/VoM and warranty data to drive quality and delivery improvements.
• Lead New Product Introduction readiness and commercial alignment during manufacturing launches, ensuring timeliness and alignment with customer specs and business goals.
