Eaton is seeking a Product Line Support Manager to lead the PLS engineering team and drive complex product and process improvements. You will oversee design procedures, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure alignment with cost-out goals and regulatory requirements.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and bring 5–7 years of similar experience.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Bilingual English - Spanish required.
• 5–7 years of experience in similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily activities of the PLS engineering team and assign tasks.
• Perform complex engineering work with new or improved products/processes.
• Assess feasibility and soundness of proposed tests or equipment.
• Develop yearly strategic plans aligned with Division Engineering and LP operations.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure proper design procedures and processes.
• Support manufacturing with cost-out activities and quality improvements.
• Maintain product data management and deviation control in systems (PDM, Enovia).
• Comply with EQMS, Lean and Pro-Launch procedures and policies.
