The Estée Lauder Companies in Mexico City seeks a Product Launch & Portfolio Manager to serve as the operational backbone between regional marketing, commercial teams, and supply chain. You will coordinate launch planning, assortment management, pricing and product setup to ensure timely market readiness.

You will consolidate forecasts, align demand planning, track milestones, and work with retailers and e-commerce partners to drive successful launches and revenue growth.

Formación

• Experience coordinating end-to-end product launches and portfolio plans.
• Strong collaboration across Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Ability to translate business strategies into launch and portfolio actions.

• Coordinate end-to-end launch process for product innovations.
• Track milestones, readiness, retailer onboarding and activation plans.
• Consolidate launch forecasts and support demand planning.
