The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Regional Consumer Engagement Manager for Clinique & Estee Lauder to lead PR and digital campaigns across Latam.

You will drive regional strategy development, asset adaptation with agencies, and the Flywheel approach to boost engagement and sales across online and brick-and-mortar channels. Responsibilities include coordinating global playbooks, planning paid/owned/earned media, and partnering with affiliates to tropicalize global campaigns

Formación

• Experience leading PR and digital campaigns, creating strategies across earned, owned and paid media.
• Strong ability to plan and execute influencer/creator partnerships and content strategy.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Adapt global playbooks for Latam region and develop the Latam PAID/OWNED/EARNED media strategy for each campaign.
• Coordinate asset adaptation and translation with regional agencies and affiliates, ensuring brand and strategy alignment.
• Develop PR/social flywheel strategies and real-time social content calendars in partnership with leadership.
• Plan, monitor and optimize earned/owned/paid plans country-by-country to meet objectives.
• Manage relationships with agencies; oversee influencer and social media strategies for opportunities and performance reports.
• Create campaign reports and insights to improve regional and global execution and results.
• Vet partnerships and creator activities with Regional Comms and marketing director for approvals.
