Pangea Made in León, Guanajuato, is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support to assist the Product Engineering team with new program launches and engineering changes. You will collect, track, and validate information to keep projects on time and aligned with customer specs.

You should have an engineering background and hands-on experience in the automotive sector, with AutoCAD familiarity and strong analytical skills to support internal teams and suppliers.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial/Automotive or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Intermediate English proficiency (50% or higher).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Customer/supplier interaction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Generate documentation and information for service parts events.
• Upload engineering drawings to the Teseo machine and validate them.
• Monitor new product launch activities to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Support engineering change management and monitor products throughout their lifecycle.

Job Objective

Provide support to the Product Engineering team by collecting, managing, and tracking new program launches and engineering changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely implementation of projects while meeting customer specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Engineer with activities related to new product launches and engineering changes.
• Collect, consolidate, and manage information required for new program implementation.
• Generate documentation and information for service parts events.
• Upload engineering drawings to the Teseo machine and perform the corresponding validation.
• Monitor new product launch activities to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Support engineering change management and monitor products throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Automotive, or related).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Intermediate English proficiency (50% or higher).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide internal support.
• Experience interacting with customers and/or suppliers.
