Johnson Controls is seeking a Product Engineer to support product development, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive cost-effective solutions. This role collaborates with global design centers and cross-functional teams to introduce new products and implement engineering changes that improve performance and reliability.

You will manage master data, bills of materials and engineering drawings; provide production support; participate in Kaizen events; and propose cost-reduction

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in product engineering.
• Experience with BOMs, ECN processes, and drawings.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure manufacturing information aligns with global design standards and industry requirements.
• Lead product engineering activities for new product introductions.
• Implement engineering changes and maintain product documentation.
• Manage master data, BOMs, and engineering drawings.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot design/quality issues.
• Participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
• Propose and implement cost reduction projects to meet plant objectives.
• Evaluate and implement product improvements.
• Review material specifications and manage deviation proposals.
• Provide feedback to global design team on assembly processes.
