BOE Vision Electronic Technology Mexico, S.A. de C.V. seeks an engineer to modify and uphold engineering procedures and standards in our manufacturing environment in Tijuana.

You will model, prototype, review drawings, and guide model development while ensuring process flow and quality improvements. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a background in Electronic/Electro-Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, and strong English (roughly 80%).

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Educational background in Electronic, Electro-Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD/SAP environments.
• English fluency around 80%.

Responsabilidades

• Modify, understanding and keep the engineering procedures and standards.
• Create and understand models, structures, prototypes, fixtures and drawings.
• Establish objectives for the organization.
• Follow up new models and current models; develop process, flow and control systems to improve product quality.
• Monitor processes and production schedules efficiently.
• Implement improvements in the production process.
• Minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Train new employees and guide them when necessary.
• Delegate tasks to product technician team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, quality, and customer issues.
