The Product Engineer at Juarez Sur supports production, handles transfers, and analyzes issues to improve quality and yield. Collaboration with design teams and customers drives engineering changes and new model development.

Typical duties include training debug technicians, applying approved processes, and contributing to cost-reduction efforts in materials and inventory.

Formación

• Intermediate English language proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree is typically required for this role.
• Ability to follow approved company processes and train others.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Product Engineer located in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager the Product Engineer's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Handle product transfer and new product set up.
• Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scopes that arise on production line.
• Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield.
• Examine methodologies to maximize debug, integration and verification efficiency.
• Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues.
• Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues - engineering changes, new model development.

Experience in Electronics (desirable).

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Intermediate English.
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree
• Apply company approved processes.
• Provide training to the debug technicians and develop better understanding of the product.
• Work with design team to resolve design related issues.
• Participate in cost reduction activities in areas like material, inventory, and scrap reduction.
• Suggest modification to work instructions, material or product changes to ensure superior quality of products.
