You will collaborate with Managers, Engineers, Marketers, and Content Strategists to define product strategy and execution, shaping Platzi’s product experience and the future of online learning.

The role emphasizes user-centered design, system thinking, and close collaboration across teams to deliver impactful experiences for a global audience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience in mass consumer digital products or SaaS.
• Portfolio demonstrates the 'why' behind decisions and measurable results.
• Proficiency in design systems development and implementation.
• Experience with user research and analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience designing across desktop, web, and mobile.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: lead the complete design cycle from discovery to delivery and post-launch follow-up.
• Iterative Mindset: design, test, and refine solutions based on evidence.
• Strategic Collaboration: align user vision with business objectives with managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• System Thinking: contribute to and scale our design system across platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
• Communication: articulate design decisions with data and UX principles to multidisciplinary teams.
