Platzi is seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to guide enterprise clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing value delivery. You will translate client needs into tangible improvements on Platzi Learn platform.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and content teams, coach client content teams, and ensure adoption of AI-assisted content generation. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with a focus on LATAM enterprise accounts.

Competenze

• 3+ years in customer success, implementation, instructional design, or learning experience design.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or edtech.
• Experience managing enterprise clients as your main point of contact.
• Portuguese at B2 minimum, spoken and written.
• English at B2 minimum, spoken and written.
• Background in instructional design, pedagogy, or corporate training.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation.

You are the bridge between what Platzi Learn can do and what the client needs. You understand their business, you know the platform inside out, and you turn company content into learning experiences that actually solve their problems and move the metrics they care about.

Why this role exists

As Platzi Learn grows with enterprise clients, the bottleneck is implementation: building courses, regenerating clips, creating simulators, prioritizing improvements with real pedagogical judgment, and staying with the client from their first steps in Platzi until their contract goals are met.
