Kidde Global Solutions in Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico seeks a Product Design Engineer with a strong Electronics background. You will analyze and resolve electronic design issues, lead FPY improvements, and support EOL component qualification while driving cost reduction initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering, 5+ years’ experience in analog/digital design, RF knowledge, and hands-on use of test equipment. English proficiency is essential for collaboration across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Electronic Design Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency for collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot analog and digital circuits and identify root causes.
• Lead DFMEA documentation development and maintenance.
• Propose design improvements and corrective actions for released products.
• Lead EOL component evaluation and qualification activities.
• Drive cost reduction projects through alternative components and value engineering.
• Collaborate with design engineers and cross‑functional teams to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing lines and operations.
• Promote continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Estimate effort, resources, and timing for corrective actions or alternatives.
• Participate in EHS programs and report safety incidents.
