Kidde Global Solutions in Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico, is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to drive New Product Introduction and transfer of work initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring smooth transitions to production, robust process documentation, and adherence to quality standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, apply Lean thinking, and support continuous improvement through data-driven analyses, BOM handling, and ECO/TDA activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing.
• Experience with NPI and Transfer of Work (TOW) projects.
• Advanced English proficiency for business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Execute NPI and TOW projects per Kidde Global Solutions standard processes.
• Document processes for transfer to Production.
• Coordinate development and approval of PRRs (Pilot Run Requests).
• Communicate product validation and release results to customers.
• Provide technical support to Production for NPI/TOW issues.
• Support continuous improvement and EHS programs.
