ALTEN is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to support requisitions, POs, and invoices within SAP and related ERP systems. You will collaborate with SWE teams, ICT, and global Purchasing to manage contracts, approvals, and vendor onboarding.

Your role includes maintaining procurement records, generating reports, and driving process improvements across governance standards. A strong SAP and MS Office background is essential.

Formación

• Relevant experience in Procurement Operations, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (requisition creation, PO management, approvals).
• Advanced experience using SAP procurement modules, workflow management, and reporting.
• High proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and collaboration platforms.
• English: C1

Responsabilidades

• Support creation, submission, and tracking of requisitions, POs and invoices within ERP (SAP preferred).
• Coordinate with global purchasing teams to support contract creation, approvals, and vendor onboarding.
• Act as a point of contact for SWE teams, ICT, global Purchasing, and Finance for procurement activities.
• Maintain records and generate routine and ad hoc procurement reports for leadership.
