Jobtailor in Monterrey is seeking an experienced Procurement lead to develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy across the organization, focusing on cost efficiency, quality, and supplier diversity.

You will oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, negotiate terms, manage budgets, and drive supplier performance using data-driven insights. A strong track record in strategic sourcing and SRM is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in procurement and project management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (valued, not required).
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades
