Vertiv is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to join the Purchasing team. The role provides essential support to the purchasing department through administrative duties and entry-level purchasing tasks.

The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong MS Office skills and familiarity with ERP systems; 3–5 years in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Must have basic understanding of purchasing processes and inventory management.
• Experience in a manufacturing administrative or purchasing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle data entry, file management, and document organization to support purchasing functions.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier information, and inventory data.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and creating presentations as needed.
