Daimler Truck AG is seeking a data- and analytics-driven procurement operations specialist to support Central Purchasing Operations and TT/GN by leveraging BI, automation, and AI to drive data-informed decisions. You will develop dashboards, ensure compliance, and implement digital solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply and Logistics Management or Business Intelligence, or an associate degree with 1 year related experience.
• 1+ year of experience in purchasing processes or analytics is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (B2+) and Spanish (C1) is required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; data analysis, dashboards, automation and BI experience.
• Experience working with international/cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational support to Central Purchasing Operations and TT/GN using BI, AI, and automation to drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and guidelines; identify optimal value-added options.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Mentor and train team members on analytics tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with Buyers and internal/external customers to ensure timely procurement processes.
