is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support Central Purchasing Operations (CPO) with business intelligence, data analytics, and automation solutions. You will develop dashboards, enable data-driven decision making, and drive process excellence across the TT/GN organizations. The role requires collaboration with international teams and cross-functional partners, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 1 year in purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience/knowledge of automotive industry with preference in Purchasing area.
• Experience working with international teams and cross-functional teams is preferred
• Minimun one (1) year experience is preferred, with purchasing processes.
• English level: B2+
• Spanish Level: C1
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc)

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Central Purchasing Operations (CPO) and TT/GN organizations by leveraging data analytics, dashboards, and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for stakeholders.
• Lead automation initiatives through AI and Power Platform to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and guidelines while identifying value-added options.

Objective of the position:

Provide operational support to the Central Purchasing Operations (CPO) and TT/GN organizations by leveraging business intelligence, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation solutions to drive data-driven decision-making and process excellence. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines while identifying the most competitive and value-added options for the company. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational performance, identifying process and system gaps, and implementing digital solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Drive automation opportunities through AI, Power Platform, and other digital technologies to reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness.
