Essity is seeking a Procurement Analyst in Ecatepec de Morelos, Mexico, to optimize end-to-end procurement processes, analyze spending trends, and drive digital transformation with AI and automation initiatives. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations and IT to harmonize processes and deliver sustainable value.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree and has advanced Excel, Power BI, Python and SAP skills, fluent English, and experience with Power Automate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of AI applications and technologies.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Python, and SAP.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Financial acumen is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end procurement processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operational complexity.
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives through the implementation of RPA, artificial intelligence, and other technology-driven solutions.
• Evaluate suppliers, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to identify improvement opportunities and create competitive advantages.
• Establish standards and best practices to drive process harmonization across countries and regions.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to ensure the effective implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement based on data analysis, performance metrics, and structured optimization methodologies.

About the Role

The role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, evaluating suppliers and technologies, leading digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the adoption of best practices across the organization. Additionally, it contributes to the harmonization and standardization of processes at the regional level, strengthening the Procurement function's ability to generate sustainable value, improve operational performance, and accelerate the transition toward more agile and digital ways of working.

• Financial acumen is considered a plus.
