Sensata Technologies in Aguascalientes, Mexico is seeking a Process Technician to support engineers in improving processes for cycle times, cost, quality and safety. You will document processes, assist with qualification of new equipment, prepare reports from production metrics and help analyze deviations in instruments and control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Creates process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.
• Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed
• Assists in the qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepares reports using metrics obtained from monitoring using raw data, trends, and other reports
• Supports with the analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Assists in improvement projects.
• Participates on product analysis on defective material to find root cause of the problem.

The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.

• Creates process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.
• Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed
• Assists in the qualification of new production equipment.

• Supports with the analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
