Sensata Technologies in Mexico is seeking a Process Technician to provide technical support to engineers and drive improvements in cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety across production processes.

The role involves creating process documentation, supporting equipment qualification, preparing reports, analyzing deviations, and contributing to improvement projects within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Creates process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.
• Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed
• Assists in the qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepares reports using metrics obtained from monitoring using raw data, trends, and other reports
• Supports with the analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Assists in improvement projects.
• Participates on product analysis on defective material to find root cause of the problem.

The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.

General Responsibilities

• Creates process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.
• Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed
• Assists in the qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepares reports using metrics obtained from monitoring using raw data, trends, and other reports
• Supports with the analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
