Eaton in Guadalupe, Nuevo León is seeking a Quality Engineer to support operations by allocating resources to audit processes or products and ensure compliance with specifications. You will interact with customers to address and resolve quality issues, contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years in process quality.
• Experience in quality assurance and manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define, specify, and implement quality standards and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Assure that product shipped meets internal and external customer requirements.
• Develop and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare corrective action responses necessary.
• Host Source inspectors and/or Customer Auditors as needed.
• Provide technical support to both internal and external customers and suppliers as needed.
• Formulate and implement quality assurance procedures, policies, and standards.
• Lead Quality Inspectors, training and development.
• Internal PPAP preparation and process approvals.
• Lead and take part of the Material Review Board
• Comply with and adhere to the policies and procedures established in applicable management systems (EQMS, MESH, AEO, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015).

Education level required
