Job summary

One Mobility Group is seeking a Process Quality Engineer at our Comonford, Guanajuato location to drive quality across electrified mobility projects. The role requires hands-on experience with automotive QA processes and IATF/ISO standards, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in solving complex quality issues.

You will verify action plans, support the CQI-17 team, and ensure proper implementation of control plans and FMEA.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience with statistical process control and problem solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with core tools and internal/external audits.

Responsibilities

• Verify and control the implementation of actions to prevent or eliminate client non-conformities.
• Disposal of non-compliant product.
• Support the CQI-17 multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare and interpret dimensional analysis reports.
• Analyze quality-related information from various sources.
• Maintain updated quality control information for assigned projects.
• Coordinate timely reviews of project control plans.
• Ensure controls in FMEA and Control Plan are followed.
• Coordinate analyses to eliminate or control defects in Safe Launch of new projects.

Process Quality Engineer

at our locations in México - Comonfort, Guanajuato.

Your tasks:

• Verify and control the implementation of actions to prevent or eliminate client non-conformities.
• Give final disposal to non-compliant product.
• Support the CQI-17 multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare and interpret dimensional analysis reports.
• Analyze information related to Quality from different sources of information.
• Maintain updated information regarding quality control of assigned projects.
• Coordinate the timely review of the control plan of the assigned projects.
• Ensure that the controls defined in the FMEA and Control Plan are carried out correctly.
• Ensure correct implementation and monitoring as well as coordinate analyzes to eliminate and/or control defects found in the Safe Launch of new projects.

Job Requirements

• Completed Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience: 2 years in a similar position, in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of IATF Standard 16949, ISO 14001, statistical process control, problem solving methodology, Core tools, internal and external audits.
• Problem analysis, leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, teamwork.
