Process Quality Engineer

Yanfeng Seating is the worldwide leader in automotive seating with more than 33,000 employees in 20 countries.

We are seeking a Process Quality Engineer to manage quality for the daily production line, address process issues related to product quality in a timely manner, ensure the quality of products and services, and meet or exceed customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of quality management of the daily production line, address process issues related to product quality in a timely manner, ensure the quality of products and services, meet or exceed customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, provide customer feedback within 24 hours, maintain good exchange and communication with customers.
• Formulate inspection and control documents for product quality, and conduct on-the-job training and assessment for relevant personnel.
• Collect and aggregate quality data, report and formulate improvement plans periodically.
• Assist with statistics and analysis of processes, and continuously improve raw materials and product quality.
• Help implement quality systems, process audits, and follow-up improvement measures; actively promote and use quality improvement tools.
• Meet client-specific requirements in terms of work ability.
• Take management responsibility defined by BOS documentation and the IATF 16949 standards; ensure effective operation of BOS documentation and continuously improve related processes and their application internally.

Qualifications

• Education: 3 years or above related working experience in the automotive industry
• Management: Management of personnel
• Skills: English advanced is a must
• Desirable: Familiar with related Soft Trim products and processes
