Job summary
Honeywell is seeking a Process Manufacturing Engineer II to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, product quality, and customer satisfaction at our Ciudad Juárez, Mexico site. You will optimize manufacturing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Supervisor, you will support process design, simulations, cost estimations, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance in a regulated
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in electronics/electromechanics/electrical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering efforts.
- Strong knowledge of process design, process optimization, and manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency with CAD-based modeling tools and process simulation software.
- Experience with manufacturing cost estimation and value engineering principles.
- Advanced English level.

- Help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement.
- Support the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to implement process improvements.
