Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in electronics/electromechanics/electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering efforts.
• Strong knowledge of process design, process optimization, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with CAD-based modeling tools and process simulation software.
• Experience with manufacturing cost estimation and value engineering principles.
• Advanced English level.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process design into manufacturing operations and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will report directly to our Process Engineering Supervisor, and you\'ll work out of our Cd. Juárez location on an on-site work schedule.
