Brose seeks a skilled Tooling Engineer to drive plastic injection tooling projects from concept to production launch. You will review mold designs for manufacturability and cycle time optimization, and perform feasibility analyses across design to tool life in production.
You will coordinate with suppliers, customers, design teams, quality, and manufacturing to ensure tooling success while performing injection simulations, cost analysis, and engineering changes. English proficiency is essential.

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding processes within an automotive, industrial, or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding simulation and flow analysis. Extensive experience in plastic resin setup, processing, and optimization, including troubleshooting and process parameter development. Advanced knowledge of tooling design for plastic injection molds. Proficient in design software such as CATIA and SolidWorks. Experience performing injection molding machine tonnage calculations (press size calculations). Strong understanding of plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, including robots, dryers, chillers, temperature controllers, and material handling systems. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Advanced English proficiency.
