Jabil Mexico seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to lead technical support for the assembly line, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality and efficiency, and successful introduction of new products and prototypes. Responsible for cycle-time analysis, cost-improvement, and Lean deployment while coordinating with multiple departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years’ experience in a related field, with travel up to 25% and a climate-controlled office environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of total work experience in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to operate standard PC software and company systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze cycle times of the different operations.
• Identify technical solutions to reduce standard costs.
• Provide technical support to production teams.
• Coordinate collaboration across departments.
• Support Lean Manufacturing deployment.
• Participate in selecting new equipment and facilities.
• Set up and monitor corrective actions.
• Prepare project progress reports with earnings calculations with accounting.
• Serve as SME for NC processes and assist in NC improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
