Corning Inc. in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a Process Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate across functions.

The role focuses on manufacturing performance, quality, and cost reduction in a multi-product environment. The ideal candidate has a mechanical/electrical/mechatronics background, 4–6 years of related experience, and strong leadership with a data-driven mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
• Fluent or bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 4–6 years in process/ manufacturing engineering with exposure to multi-product environments.
• Experience leading engineering and technical resources; project management experience.

Mansioni

• Lead engineering projects and cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, manufacturing performance, quality, capability, and cost reduction.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineering and technical personnel.
• Drive data-based problem solving, root cause analysis, and implementation of process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and project teams to support new product introductions and automation initiatives.
