Job summary

Corning Reynosa is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor to provide leadership and technical direction to the engineering organization, driving process improvements and manufacturing performance. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to execute engineering strategies and lead projects that support business growth and operational excellence.

The role requires a mechanical/electronics/mechatronics background, bilingual English/Spanish, and 4–6 years of related experience, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 4–6 years in process/manufacturing engineering roles.
• Experience leading engineering and technical resources.
• Project management experience with transfers or new equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving using statistics and data.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and cross-functional initiatives for process improvements and cost reduction.
• Coach and develop engineering personnel for performance growth.
• Drive data-based problem solving and root cause analysis using lean methods.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and project teams on new product introductions and automation.
