Axiom, a leader in digital and electrical infrastructure, seeks a Process Engineering Manager in Guadalajara to lead a team of engineers and technicians. You will establish and maintain statistical process control systems, drive process capability improvements, and manage projects that meet product specs, delivery, and cost expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree finished in related field.
• Robust experience in similar role, working closely with process engineering and managing teams on production floor.
• Experience with electrical products.
• Experience communicating with the CFT.
• Strong teamwork and proactivity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain SPC systems.
• Establish and improve process capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Manage development projects to meet product specs, delivery, and cost expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering to design manufacturable products.
• Improve throughput in constrained areas.
• Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for performance and cost optimization.
