BD is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Reynosa to identify critical equipment settings and create work standards. You will develop technical knowledge for operators and coaches teams on continuous improvement while driving OEE through root-cause analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechatronic/Electrical fields and 3–5 years in manufacturing, with PLC troubleshooting and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic or Electrical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; proficient MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies critical equipment settings and creates work standards.
• Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers it to operators.
• Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Addresses top losses to improve OEE and drives improvements.
• Leads change control, validation, and root-cause analysis activities.
• Develops training materials and work instructions for processes.
• Leads process validation and establishes standards for changes.
• Implements BD Excellence processes and ensures quality system compliance.
