Light & Wonder develops cutting-edge gaming technologies and content for global casinos. We seek a Process Engineer to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings through Lean methods and rigorous problem solving across manufacturing operations.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop process roadmaps, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while mentoring teams and delivering measurable improvements in safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a manufacturing environment.
• One to three years of technical experience.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement projects to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Determine root cause using problem solving tools and Lean methods.
• Create corrective action plans with sustainable implementation and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement countermeasures.
• Develop SOPs and training materials; store in Agile system.
• CapEx project management focused on cost savings targets.
• Lead and coordinate process technology roadmaps.
