Job summary

LIXIL Water Technology Americas busca un Ingeniero/a de procesos I para apoyar la introducción de nuevos productos y resolver problemas de manufactura. La posición requiere seguimiento de mejoras y cumplimiento de planes departamentales.

Se solicita ingeniería o equivalente, 1–2 años en roles similares, conocimientos de MRP en SAP y gestión de datos maestros; inglés básico hablado y escrito. Contratación conforme a la localidad en México.

Qualifications

• Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Apoyar la introducción de nuevos productos y solución de problemas de manufactura.
• Seguir mejoras según planes de los departamentos asignados.
• Solución de problemas de fabricación y control de calidad.
• Análisis de tiempos, flujos y balance de línea.
• Desarrollo de instrucciones de trabajo y PFMEA.
• Coordinación de actividades de Planta y herramientas.

Responsibilities

The process engineering I is responsible to support new products introduction and solution of manufacturing problems; In addition it has to follow up improvement projects according plans of departments assigned.

• -Manufacturing Problem Solving, Efficiency / Productivity
• -Spoilage Reduction, Root Cause Analysis, Action plan
• -Quality Issues, Problem Solutions
• -Safety Issues, Processes analysis
• -Fixtures repairing, maintenance
• - Man Power Calculation
• -Demand increment, Line balancing
• -Times Analysis
• -Productivity Projects follow up
• -Work Instructions, PFMEA, ISO 9000 System
• -Materials Presentation on the floor
• - Capex projects follow up
• -Tools & Equipment Development
• -Flow Diagram, Routing info, Times Studies
• -Set Up Parameters
• -Functional Test.

Qualifications

Education:

Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

1 to 2 years same position

Knowledge:

Technical information for specification, standardization, and good knowledge MRP in SAP, master data management to reach those goals desirable, as well good analysis to optimize cost and give the best results for the company.

Basic english spoken and written skills.
