DOMO Industrial in Tijuana, MX is seeking a Process Engineer to join the team and ensure BOM accuracy, cycle times, and KPI tracking. You will coordinate with USA Design, MX Production, QA, and Supply Chain to resolve design details and document changes through project completion.

The role emphasizes CAD reading, manufacturing tooling, and Lean methods with daily in-office collaboration. A degree in engineering and 3+ years of related experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
• Proficiency reading CAD files and using Manufacturing Engineering tools.
• Minimum 3 years in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Construction sectors.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Must work in Tijuana, MX in-office daily.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and problem solving.
• Excellent customer service attitude.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Process Engineer to join our growing team in Tijuana, Baja California.

This role involves predominantly utilizing Manufacturing Engineering tools, to maintain BOM accuracy, cycle times within ranges, establish metrics and KPI's. You'll work with team members to resolve design details, document changes/releases, and organize workflow through project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Support on implementing drawing packages and documentation for release according to schedule
• Balance workloads by Workstations and Operations with other team members, effectively coordinating on projects
• Strong & close communication with USA Design team, MX Production, QA, Supply Chain and Engineering peers
• Maintain accurate records of document releases, processes validation, manufacturing improvements, and other related details for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial or similar).
• Proficiency in CAD files reading, Manufacturing Engineering tools & PC Software.
• Minimum of 3 years of related industry experience (Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction).
• Team player with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn.
• Must be living in or able to work permanently in Tijuana, MX (this is an in-office position; the candidate must report to the office daily).
• Experience on Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing Tools.
• Excellent Customer's Attention & Service attitude.
