RADIALL S.A. is seeking a qualified automation engineer to design, program, and commission industrial automation systems. You will develop PLC/HMI configurations, integrate robotics, and implement machine-vision solutions for quality and efficiency improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 3+ years in automation, and strong knowledge of Siemens PLCs, LabVIEW, and CIM concepts. English level B2 is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with relevant automation focus.
• 3+ years of automation project experience preferred.
• Advanced English (B2) required.
• Ability to manage, install and implement process control projects with new technologies.
• Knowledge of PLC Siemens, robotics, vision systems, CIM, I4.0, LabVIEW and electrical tests.

Responsabilités

• Design, program, configure, and optimize industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, motion, sensors).
• Develop and integrate robots and automated handling for manufacturing.
• Develop machine vision for inspection, measurement, and quality verification.
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial networks and protocols.
• Lead projects from specs to commissioning and handover.

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

Design, develop, integrate, and commission industrial automation systems to support new equipment installations, machine upgrades, process improvements, and manufacturing automation projects. Provide technical expertise in PLC programming, industrial robotics, machine vision, and industrial communication networks to ensure reliable, safe, efficient, and standardized automation solutions.

• Design, program, configure, and optimize industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, motion control, sensors, actuators, and control architectures.

• Develop, program, and integrate industrial robots, robotic peripherals, and automated handling systems to support manufacturing processes and equipment requirements.

• Develop and integrate machine vision systems for inspection, measurement, positioning, identification, traceability, and quality verification.

• Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot industrial communication networks and protocols to ensure reliable communication between PLCs, robots, vision systems, and other automated equipment.

• Execute automation projects involving new machines, equipment integration, production line modifications, and process improvements, from technical specifications and supplier coordination through commissioning and production handover.

• Participate in the definition of equipment requirements, technical specifications, control system architecture, and automation concepts for new machines and manufacturing processes.

• Coordinate with machine builders and system integrators to review technical solutions, monitor project progress, validate deliverables, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Perform equipment commissioning, debug and validate automated sequences, optimize cycle times, and ensure systems meet functional, quality, safety, and production requirements.

• Develop and maintain automation standards, programming practices, technical documentation, electrical and control diagrams, and functional descriptions.

• Maintain and control PLC, HMI, robot, and vision system software, including source code management, version control, backups, and recovery documentation.

Know the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree on Mechatronic, Electronic, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or similar

• Intermediate-Level: 3+ years of relevant work experience with a strong level of specialized knowledge in the development of automation projects

• English level B2 advanced

• Skilled on manage, install and implement process control projects with new technologies and master project management procedures.

• Confirm knowledge on Electrotechnical and automated systems as PLC Siemens, Robotics, Vision systems, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, I4.0, electronic circuit and control system design (Labview + Electrical Test)

• Technical architectures, servers and networks by designing and configure industrial networks with different communications protocols
