Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a proactive procurement coordinator to support demand planning, supplier negotiations, and inventory optimization for titles and promotions. You will ensure timely procurement, accurate orders, and robust DAM practices to maintain print availability and SLA adherence.

You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to optimize costs, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of related experience.
• MRP knowledge, planning and organizing.
• Excellent level of Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Determine printing goods needs and negotiate with suppliers for best quality and delivery times.
• Issue and maintain purchase order requests in the system.
• Respond to customer support requests and resolve them quickly, accurately, and professionally.
• Monitor and manage vendor performance.
• Assist on budgeting and quoting.
• Communicate with client for prioritization and issue resolution.
• Maintain communication with vendor and receiving for arrivals and visibility of priorities.
• Resolve issues related to inventory, pricing, invoicing, deliveries, and client complaints.
• Ensure Digital Asset Management workflow is followed for easy retrieval of files.
• Track title re-orders and place procurement orders with vendors.
• Plan to look for cost optimization, waste reduction and efficiency of business processes.
• Interact with key stakeholders across the business and drive proactive engagement on projects.
• Develop policies and procedures for procurement and DAM processes.

Responsible monitoring understanding customer demand, procurement of products from suppliers, optimization of inventory for titles and promotions including asset management and delivery of supply that ensure print availability and achievement of service level agreements (SLAs).

Main Responsibilities.

• Determine printing goods needs, negotiates with suppliers seeking the best quality and delivery times.
• Issue and maintain purchase order requests in the system.
• Responds to customer support requests and ensures they are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally.
• Monitors and manages vendor performance.
• Assists on budgeting and quoting.
• Ad Hoc communication and touch base with client for prioritization and issue resolution.
• Maintains communication with vendor and receiving for arrivals to give visibility of priorities.
• Resolves issues related to inventory, pricing, invoicing, dry good deliveries, and client complaints.
• Ensures Digital Asset Management workflow is followed properly for easy retrieval of documented files.
• Keeps track of title re-orders and places additional procurement orders for vendors and provides adequate follow up.
• Will strategically plan to look for cost optimization, waste reduction and maximizing efficiency of the business processes.
• Will interact with key stakeholders across the business, adopting a collaborative approach, driving proactive engagement in all projects.
• Develop policies and procedures for the procurement and DAM processes.
