Wizeline is seeking a Print Production Project Manager to oversee and coordinate print production across marketing and editorial projects. The role requires strong expertise in print specifications, vendor management, and logistics, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Location flexibility within CDMX and GD regions is noted, with responsibilities spanning stakeholder collaboration and end-to-end production management in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in print production and editorial printing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• English level: B2 Advanced or C1.
• Strong knowledge of litho printing, specifications, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end production of brochures, single sheets, and other litho work.
• Define and oversee paper, color, and texture requirements.
• Collaborate with printing vendors, review blueprints, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align priorities and dependencies.

We are seeking a Print Production Project Manager to oversee and coordinate print production activities across marketing and editorial projects. This role requires strong expertise in print specifications, vendor management, and logistics, combined with project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Print Production: Manage end-to-end production of brochures, single sheets, and other litho work.
• Specifications Management: Define and oversee paper, color, and texture requirements.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with printing vendors, review blueprints, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Traffic & Logistics: Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align priorities and dependencies.
• Locations: CDMX and GD

Must-have Skills

• 6+ years of experience in print production and editorial printing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
