Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Principal Engineer who will lead design teams through full product development and into production. The role requires deep expertise in a field, consulting on system architectures, and guiding technical requirements during quoting.

You will mentor staff, advance platform and product architectures with senior engineers, and manage multiple projects remotely. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Engineering, 12+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years as

Formación

• Masters degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 12+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lead Engineer.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design teams through full product development and into production.
• Represent Jabil Engineering Services in technical customer discussions / meetings.
• Mentor engineering staff and guide platform and product architectures.
• Lead remote development teams and manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Define objectives of DOE, CPK analysis, Gage R&R studies, and other tools for group projects.
• Develop IP patents, technical publications or white papers.
