• Translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
• Recommend products and solutions to create value and address challenges.
• Conduct technical visits, meetings, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
• Support implementation and optimization of adhesive-related manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical training and coaching to customers, distributors, and teams.
