Henkel is seeking a Principal Application Engineer – Electronics to serve as the technical expert for electronic applications involving adhesives, coatings, bonding, and gasketing technologies. You will bridge customer needs, technology trends, and internal innovation to translate requirements into product recommendations and application solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Innovation, and Marketing to support new business development and drive customer success

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years supporting electronic applications or related tech.
• Strong background in electronics and electronic materials.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical expert for electronic applications involving adhesives, coatings, bonding, and gasketing technologies.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Recommend products and application solutions that create value.
• Conduct technical customer visits, audits, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
