  • Ensure client information and the credit file are complete, current and aligned with internal requirements to facilitate drawdowns and payments.
  • Coordinate activities and deliverables with all involved areas to keep the process moving (credit, risk, operations, legal, etc.).
2) Portfolio monitoring and compliance (financial / non-financial covenants)
  • Monitor compliance with financial and non-financial terms across facilities (covenants, conditions, documentation, relevant events).
  • Identify negative trends in client performance or industry outlook and escalate promptly to the relevant stakeholders (RMs and/or credit/risk).
  • Track remediation or mitigation actions when applicable, ensuring proper documentation and control.
  • Engage with clients to follow up on required documentation and enable effective management of the assigned portfolio.
  • Obtain first-hand information from clients to strengthen borrower analysis (for monitoring and/or to support increased exposure).
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
4) Coordination with back office and support teams
  • Build efficient communication bridges with internal teams (spreading, file monitoring, operations, legal and others) to ensure effective execution and portfolio control.
  • Align commercial, risk and operational requirements to minimise rework and reduce cycle times.
5) Analysis and insight generation
  • Perform financial statement analysis and develop an understanding of business/industry drivers to support monitoring decisions and credit proposals.
  • Participate in transactions across a broad range of industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Auto Parts, Project Finance, Hospitality, Pharma, Retail, O&G, Agribusiness, Food & Beverage, NBFIs, Real Estate, Transportation, among others).
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (Wholesale Banking, Wholesale Credit Risk, Syndications and Credit Services) in case management.
