Magna Seating is seeking a Sustainability Engineer to lead initiatives for energy, water, and emissions reduction. You will drive projects, coordinate audits, and report KPI progress to senior management from our Saltillo facility.

The role requires engineering degrees and experience in energy efficiency, environmental management, and cross-functional teamwork. On-site position with strong data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Industrial, or Energy Engineering.
• Experience managing energy-saving projects and KPIs.
• Knowledge of environmental audits and energy efficiency standards.

Responsabilidades

• Plan the annual sustainability strategy and set energy/water/emission targets.
• Identify opportunities for energy and resource savings.
• Execute energy efficiency projects and coordinate energy audits.
• Manage water reuse initiatives and waste reduction efforts.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership.
