Michael Page International México Reclutamiento Especializado S.A. de C.V recruits a PMO support for a Global Bank Institution in Mexico City. You will track projects, manage Jira tasks, timelines, risks, and prepare concise progress reports for leadership.

This 6-7 month hybrid project offers exposure to global teams, interaction with directors and senior stakeholders, and opportunities to grow in PMO and payments operations within a banking environment.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience supporting projects or PMO work.
• Comfortable using Jira or similar project tools.
• Advanced English: strong verbal and written communication (global teams).
• Comfortable working with Excel (intermediate-advanced).
• Ability to communicate clearly with directors and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar.
• Experience in banking or financial services (ideally).
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master/Product Owner).
• Experience with Confluence or other project tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Track projects and updates keep timelines and deliverables on schedule.
• Coordinate between Operations and Technology to ensure clear communication.
• Keep track of different projects using Jira (dates, tasks, risks, updates).
• Prepare reports and summaries so leaders know how each project is progressing.
• Coordinate with technology teams, operations, and other partners to gather updates and share information.
• Support project planning: timelines, priorities, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Help maintain clear documentation and make sure everything is updated.
• Assist with testing and readiness activities when projects are close to launching.
