Job summary

Responsibilities include BOM validation, material readiness, capacity planning, and a formal handover from BU PMO to plant sustaining teams. The role demands strong cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, program management, or industrialization.
• Experience in NPDI / Stage-Gate process environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and BOM control.
• Proven cross-functional leadership capability.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor NPDI program execution across all phases and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Validate BOM readiness and secure material coverage for pilot and production.
• Confirm manufacturing readiness, capacity planning, and training before production.
• Lead BU PMO to plant transition with clear risk transfer.
• Maintain active risk register and escalate risks to protect delivery commitments.
