Job summary

Vertiv seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join the Regional AME Team in Monterrey. You will lead multi-site NPDI programs, new product introductions, and process improvements to standardize manufacturing across Vertiv plants.

Coordinate with Design Engineering, Program Manager, and Operations to meet milestones. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years manufacturing experience, Lean/Six Sigma training, and strong project management and communication skills to drive improvements and capital

Qualifications

• BSME/IE/Business Operations Management and 3-5 years manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• MSME/IE/MBA and 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing plans for NPDI programs.
• Lead plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development.
• Ensure plans align with product roadmaps and NPDI milestones.
• Support cost analyses and capital projects for NPDI and transfers.
• Enforce global manufacturing standards and technology leadership.
