Ericsson busca un/a interno/a PMO para apoyar actividades de planificación de proyectos en la Ciudad de México. La posición ofrece experiencia práctica en gestión de proyectos, cumplimiento de directrices globales y herramientas de reporte.

El/la candidato/a ideal es estudiante de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones o Ingeniería de Sistemas, con interés en Python y Power BI, habilidades de análisis de datos y comunicación efectiva en inglés para colaborar con equipos globales.

Formación

• Estudiante en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones o Ingeniería de Sistemas.
• Interés en aprendizaje de gestión de proyectos y herramientas de analítica de datos.
• Se valorará capacidad de lectura de contratos y requisitos de clientes.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar la revisión y análisis de contratos para identificar entradas de planificación del proyecto.
• Asistir en la creación y ejecución de actividades de planificación a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
• Contribuir a la generación de informes de estado precisos y control de versiones.
• Utilizar metodologías basadas en datos para monitorear progreso y proponer mejoras.

About this opportunity:

Ericsson invites dynamic and self-driven students to join our Project Management Office (PMO) as a PMO Intern supporting Project Planner activities. This opportunity is ideal for those interested in executing Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) while ensuring compliance with global directives, legal and financial mandates, and data security standards.

In this role, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes, support environmental and occupational health and safety practices, and play an impactful part in Ericsson’s continued growth and success as a global leader in communications technology.

What you will do:

• Support the review and analysis of customer contracts to identify, generate, or modify Project Planning Inputs that are translated into Customer Deliverables.
• Assist in creating, supporting, and executing planning activities throughout the project life cycle to promote Ericsson’s business and deliver the value promised to the customer.
• Contribute to the generation of accurate project status reports, ensuring proper version control of related documentation.
• Utilize data-driven methodologies to monitor project progress, prepare timely reports, and suggest improvements related to project finance and delivery progress.

The skills you bring:

• Automation mindset, with interest in optimizing workflows and reporting.
• Process Management and strong attention to detail for process compliance.
• Program/Project Finance Management basics and interest in learning more.
• Data Analytics capabilities to interpret project performance data and KPIs.
• Communication skills (written and verbal) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Presentation skills to prepare and deliver clear status updates.
• Curiosity and openness to work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in project reporting and analysis.
• Advanced English (oral and written), able to read documentation and communicate with global teams.
• Degree in progress in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks and basic networking concepts.
• Practical skills in Python for data manipulation, automation scripts, or simple analytics.
• Experience using Power BI (or similar tools) to create dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
