Ericsson busca un Ingeniero de Proyectos de Manufactura de nivel medio para su planta en Tlaxcala. Serás clave en la industrialización y NPI, asegurando la transferencia fluida de nuevos productos a la producción en serie y coordinando actividades multifuncionales para entregar manufactura segura y de alta calidad.

Colaborarás en la liberación de productos, validaciones de capacidad y documentación, y trabajarás de cerca con operadores y técnicos para optimizar procesos y mejoras continuas en un

Formación

• Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electrónica o mecatrónica.
• Inglés fluido (hablado y escrito) en contexto internacional.
• Experiencia en ingeniería de producción/manufactura para electrónica o HW de telecomunicaciones.
• Conocimiento de preparación y ejecución de producción, incluido montaje y validación.
• Experiencia con NPI/industrialización y ramp-up a la producción en serie.

Responsabilidades

• Transferir productos y procesos de I+D a la planta de producción.
• Asegurar la liberación de producto a la serie, incluyendo validación y documentación.
• Implementar y mantener procesos, equipos y herramientas eficientes, ergonómicos y seguros.
• Garantizar que instrucciones de trabajo, documentación de procesos, planes de control y pruebas se apliquen.
• Identificar e implementar mejoras continuas y reducción de costos.

About this opportunity

We are looking for a mid-level Project Engineer to join our Tlaxcala factory. In this role, you will be a key player in industrialization and NPI, ensuring a smooth transfer of new and modified products into series production. You will drive production follow-up, secure product release to series, and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing.

What you will do

• Transfer products and processes from R&D to production site
• Secure product release to series, including validation of production readiness, documentation, and compliance with Ericsson standards and customer requirements.
• Implement, and maintain efficient, ergonomic, and safe production processes, equipment, and tools.
• Assure that work instructions, process documentation, control plans, and test requirements are implemented for new projects.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

The skills you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and strong communication skills in an international context.
• Experience in production / manufacturing engineering for electronics or telecom HW (PCBA, box build, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of production preparation and execution, including line setup, process capability, and validation.
• Experience with NPI / industrialization and ramp-up to series production.
• Process improvement and optimization (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar mindset).
• Familiarity with manufacturing management systems (MES, ERP) and use of data for decision-making.
• Hands-on, shop-floor oriented profile, comfortable working closely with operators and technicians.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured way of working.
• Clear, concise communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to work on-site at the Tlaxcala factory with regular presence on the shop floor.
