Ericsson busca un Contable junior/Analista Financiero para el equipo de Tlaxcala. Apoyarás el progreso financiero asignado mediante análisis contable básico y soporte de contabilidad preciso, aportando información clave para facilitar la toma de decisiones.

Colaborarás con equipos multifuncionales, participarás en cierres de periodo, pronósticos y presupuestos, y realizarás iniciativas de digitalización para mejorar las operaciones financieras, cumpliendo normativas y procesos de auditoría

Formación

• Bachelor degree en Contabilidad o campo relacionado.
• Inglés de negocios avanzado.
• Experiencia en contabilidad e informes.
• Conocimientos básicos de débito y crédito.
• Conocimientos de pronósticos y presupuestos.
• Gestión de costos.
• Análisis de datos.
• Análisis de variaciones y finanzas.
• Habilidades de interacción con stakeholders.
• Trabajo en equipo y colaboración.
• Proactividad, propiedad y mejora continua.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar análisis financiero y conocimientos empresariales para apoyar a finanzas sénior.
• Realizar tareas contables y validar desempeño financiero durante cierres de periodo.
• Apoyar pronósticos y actividades de planificación, así como gestión de costos y recuperación.
• Contribuir a la digitalización y automatización de operaciones financieras.
• Soportar procesos de auditoría interna y externa para asegurar cumplimiento.
• Garantizar datos descriptivos de alta calidad y cumplir con normativas.
• Colaborar con equipos y partes interesadas para apoyar procesos financieros.
